Whiteant wipeout

Due to the whiteant damage we have had over the years we wanted to make sure all timber used was treated. Turns out the trusses weren't! So they hired a lovely young lady to climb like a monkey (her words lol) and rub poison all over them.

Poor thing...it was a really awful job so I hope they paid her well!

I see you've figured out how to put the "before" picture in place.

As for the girl rubbing the termite poison on the trusses, while not faulting her work/effort, (taking the pessimists
point of view here) I kind of wonder whether it will be effective.
Because the trusses were already in place, there are likely to be sections that won't have been treated. Not large
sections but, it only takes a reasonably easy (for the termites) accessable entry point and they'll go for the centre.
How far into the wood will/does the hand applied poison get absorbed?
